Published apps and projects you can try out. Built, released and in active use.

Sphaira Connect — Switch Installer for macOS
July 2026
Native macOS app that transfers titles over USB to the Sphaira homebrew app on the Nintendo Switch and boots unpatched consoles into custom firmware via RCM payload. Replaces a Python script with a real macOS app, complete with a queue, progress, and a Liquid Glass UI.

Schnack — Private Messenger
June 2026
End-to-end encrypted messenger with native iOS/Android apps, audio/video calls and games right inside the chat. The server is open source and self-hostable, no tracking, no ads, completely free. Live in the App Store.

NT Puncher — Punch Clock for Mac & iPhone
September 2025
Native app for Mac and iPhone for clocking in and out of the NovaTime time tracking system, built with SwiftUI, a glass UI and animated SF Symbols. Behind it lies the more interesting story: the bit-exact replacement of my own Flutter predecessor, built AI-native.

Workspace wiki: project memory for humans and AI agents
August 2026
A wiki system spanning 40+ projects: Markdown in every repo, a CLI with local semantic search, a Q&A bot, and a drift audit against the source code. Plus one working rule: every AI agent reads the wiki first and maintains it before finishing.
